You own your data
Any customer feedback, survey responses, scores, and reports generated for your business belong to you. We process it on your behalf to run the Perception System — we do not claim ownership over your data.
Tenant isolation
Every client's data is logically isolated from every other client's. Your feedback, scores, and CEX Advisor conversations are never visible to, or blended with, another business's account.
We never sell data
We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' feedback with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes — ever.
Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of your business's data at any time by contacting our team through the contact page. We will confirm the scope of the request and complete deletion within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.
